Meet Taminko J. Kelley

Taminko J. Kelley is the CEO of CoolBird Studios and CoolBird Publishing House. She has a rich background as a publisher, author, speaker, voice artist, artist, podcaster, photographer, videographer, producer and director. The retired hairstylist (yes, retired hairstylist) has an MBA in Business Administration (Virginia College) and certifications in business coaching and project management.  After graduating college, Taminko worked in corporate America and gained experience in industries like:​

• Hospitality

• NonProfit

In 2012, she was told to leave her corporate job without any warning and was forced to start over. At that time Taminko was introduced to a valuable tool called Faith. Taminko was led by the spirit of God to become an entrepreneur, something she never even imagined possible.  Originating from the challenging community of Virden Addition in Jackson, Mississippi, Taminko's journey is marked by determination and a desire to uplift others. Graduating from Lanier high school (Jackson, MS), the once upon a time teen mom embodies resilience and transformation.  While overcoming personal struggles, she found her calling to inspire youth, teens, and young adults, motivating them to "think twice" and "reach apogee".​
