Tiesha graduated from Lagrange High School in 1993 and attended the University of West Georgia and graduated in 1995. She started working at FedEx Express in 1995 and retired after 28 years of service during the summer of 2024. She has one married daughter and has been married to her husband Hosa Tyrone Evans since August 2000. She and her husband started a three-generational photography business and founded a crafting business in early 2020. Tieshia is also a member of the worldwide fraternal organization/ Eastern Star (The Daughter) and a member of Bagdad Court No.111-Lagrange Chapter.
